
Gluten-Free 10-inch Crust
These are 10-inch gluten free crusts which actually taste great! They are very fragile and must be handled with care. They come frozen but best when thawed just before baking. For best results, we highly suggest using a pizza screen to bake gluten free pizzas.
NOTE: Minimum order of 10 crusts
Baking Instructions:
1. Keep frozen until ready to bake.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Avoid convection (air-fry) baking.
3. Remove packaging. Carefully wrap unused crust and return to freezer.
4. Top side of crust appears slightly golden with circles
4. Add your sauce, toppings & cheese to the top side of crust.
5. Place pizza on a pizza screen or hot pizza stone at the center of the lowest oven rack
6. Bake for 10-14 min until golden, checking after 10 minutes
